Stamped Architectural & Structural Plans Needed

Hello! I am looking for a PE licensed in AZ. I have a prefab home manufactured in China that I need stamped in AZ. I need to verify snow load and wind resistance of the structure and I need the current drawings converted from metric to imperial measurements. Additionally, if you are able to design a concrete slab foundation that can support the structure and adheres to Coconino County code that would be a bonus but not required.
