Stacked Townhouse Development Permit Drawings
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 CAD
I'm looking for a skilled architect to create detailed architectural drawings for a stacked townhouse development. These need to be comprehensive enough to secure a building permit.
Key Requirements:
- Creation of architectural drawings for a stacked townhouse development
- Detailed floor plans and elevations
- Sections and details
- Site plan and landscaping
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in creating building permit drawings
- Strong architectural background
Technical drawings only in Cad format. Design provided in CAD and precedent sets provided in CAD. Must have experience with wood frame construction and be familiar with the National Building Code in Canada
The project is 7 Buildings. Each will have a Building Permit package (similar to the sample provided).
