Sports Complex Warehouse Planning & Presentation
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m pulling together a full project plan for a commercial-grade sports-complex warehouse and need an expert eye—especially on the visuals. The property is already secured; what I’m missing is a polished, cohesive package that makes my early‐stage research look professional while mapping out the next steps.
Here’s where I’m at and what I still need:
• Simple, realistic schedule: milestones from groundbreaking through commissioning so the timeline reads as achievable.
• Clean blueprint set and site plan keyed to my lot dimensions, prevailing wind, and sun path, plus notes on how local climate drives structural choices, insulation thickness, and weather-proofing details.
• Streamlined business plan that covers the essentials—market analysis, financial projections, and a concise marketing strategy—without drowning in unnecessary depth.
• 3D model (SketchUp preferred) showcasing both exterior massing and a clear interior court/amenities layout; enough sectional context to discuss ceiling height, HVAC routing, and spectator flow.
• Slide-ready layout presentation that stitches everything together into a story I can deliver in front of peers.
Since “visual presentations” are my priority, the graphics need to be sharp and consistent: matching fonts, a restrained color palette, and legible callouts. Technical accuracy matters, but the document doesn’t have to be construction-document tight—think concept-to-feasibility level.
Timing: I need an interim packet within 7 days for a progress review, with room for a light round of edits before final submission.
Software & format preferences: SketchUp (model), AutoCAD or Revit (plans), and Layout (Preferred) or PowerPoint or Google Slides (presentation). If you use different tools, just export to compatible formats.
Acceptance criteria
1. All drawings align with my supplied site dimensions.
2. Business plan sections are each 1–2 pages, clearly referenced to current sports-facility benchmarks.
3. SketchUp file is fully navigable with scene tabs set for exterior, interior, and cutaway views.
4. Presentation deck tells a logical, visually cohesive story from vision to finance in under 15 slides.
