Smart Water Tank Concept - Autocad Design

I am looking for someone to design a concept for a small water tank. The water tank will be used for residential purposes. The ideal capacity of the water tank should fall within 1,000 - 5,000 litres. I would prefer the tank to be made of plastic, specifically Polyethylene or PVC.

Key Project Requirements:
- Design a water tank concept suitable for residential and commercial use
- The water tank capacity should be between 1,000 - 5,000 litres
- Use Plastic (preferably Polyethylene or PVC) as the material for the tank

SMART FEATURES:
- Need to have electrical fitting inside the Tank for Camera, Microphone and Water Sensors
- Automatic Cleaning Unit Design ( Using the washing machine cleaning bing as in idea)
- Cleaning Unit Should have flexible wings to clean the bottom surface and walls of the water Tank.
- In the Cleaning Unit Wings the brush can be changed later and time to time as and when needed.
- Camera Should take photo and videos inside the Tank


Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in designing water tanks
- Proficiency in CAD or other design software
- Knowledge of materials and their properties
- Understanding of residential water usage and tank needs
