Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm seeking an experienced architect or drafter who can generate a comprehensive house plan for a small, singular level house under 1,000 sq ft. Your expertise will cover:
- Understanding and translating my vision into a functional house plan.
- Providing different perspectives and elevations.
- Delivering a final plan including all dimensions and specifications required for construction.
Ideally, you have a proven record in residential architecture and an understanding of regulations and codes.
Please note that style of architectural preference was not specified, so I would appreciate your creative input in this area. Originality and innovative design ideas are welcome.
I would like a large covered front porch and back patio, 2 bedroom, open floor plan with bar/island in kitchen for eating and no dining area. One and a half bath.
It’s will be a white metal with black roof and trim. I attached a pic. Want efficiency style.
