Small Residential Solar System Design with PE stamps

Job ID: 39956719

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I need a complete design package for a residential solar PV array under 5 kW. The house has a pitched roof with no existing solar, and I want a clear, permit-ready plan that I can hand straight to my local installer. PE STAMPS NECESSARY. please be prepared to share your pe license details for verification. Engineers with prior solar plans experience will be strongly preferred.

Here’s what I expect to receive:
- solar submission package for roof mount solar with all details as prescribed by fairfax county
• Roof-mounted layout showing module placement and orientation
• Single-line diagram with all electrical components clearly labeled
• Bill of materials with part numbers, quantities, and links to datasheets
• Basic shading or PVsyst/Helioscope report forecasting annual production
• Wire sizing, breaker ratings, and grounding details that meet NEC (latest edition)
- Need PE stamps for structural feasibility

Feel free to use industry-standard tools—PVsyst, Helioscope, or others—so long as the outputs are accurate and easy to read. I’ll provide roof measurements, tilt, and local utility interconnection requirements once we start.

If anything in the brief is unclear, let me know early so we don’t lose time; otherwise, I’m keen to review your first draft diagram within a week.
