Small House Rehab Floor Plan Drafting

I require the expert services of a draftsman to draw a detailed floor plan including electrical plans for my small rehab house of 1200 sq/ft. The house has less than five rooms, including 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, living room and dining area, living room and a laundry room. There's no need for additional rooms or spaces such as an office, garage or basement. Ideally, freelancers bidding for this project should demonstrate excellent drafting skills and have previous experience with rehab or renovation projects.
