Skid Vessel Modeling & Stress Analysis

Job ID: 40075313

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I have three pressure vessels:

1 is a 48"dia x 15' long
1 is a 96"dia x 35' long
1 is a 96"dia x 36' long

Each of these are mounted on individual skids that need to be modelled in detail and then verified by a full piping stress analysis. The geometry can be drafted in the CAD tool of your choice, but the analytical work must ultimately run in Staad Pro for the skid / vessel supports and Caesar II for the connected process piping.

Scope
• Build accurate 3-D models of the vessels, skid frame, pipe supports, piping and interconnecting lines, including nozzles, flanges, valves and support shoes.
• Transfer the model into Caesar II to perform a complete ASME B31.3 compliance check for all piping routes, nozzle loads and load combinations.
• Use Staad Pro to check the skid structure and tie the reaction loads back to the piping study so the whole package is self-consistent.

Deliverable
• One consolidated, revision-controlled stress report that covers load cases, allowable / actual comparisons, nozzle load summaries, code compliance calculations and engineering conclusions—ready for client and certifying-authority review. The native Caesar II and Staad Pro files should be included for traceability.

Completion of the project will be accepted once the report demonstrates full ASME B31.3 compliance and all model files open without errors in the stated software versions. I am attaching a sample drawing for the same. The drawing is for the smaller vessel however, the 96"vessels do not have a crash frame on the skid.

For any clarifications, please reach out.

I need quick turnaround and immediate delivery of all deliverables as detailed below:

1. 3D model of Assembly,
2. GA Drawings of Assembly
3. stress analysis of piping with pipe supports
4. Isometric Drawings for piping and piping supports
5. Skid length and width can be adjusted according to 3D limitations for piping.

I will share all the drawings once we agree to the timeline and pricing. A NDA will be required to be signed that these intellectual property will remain with us and the successful bidder(s) are not allowed to use the contents for any other client.

Thanks
