Sketchup of home addition
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We are desigining an expansion and remodeling of the backyard of a single family home.
We need to develop an SketchUp model and 2 renders that show the design concept.
We will provide cad files for your use, as well as pictures of the existing home. Also, we will provide a cad file of the proposed design.
It only involve the back portion, you need to draw the entire home volume and roof, but detail the windows and other features at back.
Also, you need to show the landscape, new pool and deck, and BBQ area.
The info attached is for the pricing of the job. But I will have more info for you to do it.
I also will provide additional conceptual images for specific questions you have. we will relocate and expand pool, create deck and add a trellis over the dining outside. (see plans)
The idea is to have interactions to quickly finish the job in a 3-4 days. After we agree on the ketchup we look for a couple of points of view to do a render ( any engine is OK, Vray, Luimon, or others) as long as look good.
