SketchUp or autocad design existing construcion plan

i have 2 accurate construcion plans of my house, with all basic dimensions, the first floor and the second floor, i would like to design them in sketchup, to later on insert the water layout and the electrical layout, and later on the garden, so by now this project will only be about copy the drawing to sketchup and alling the first floor to the second floor and the roofs.

my idea is to use sketchup for later easier to insert the electrical installations, but if in autocad is easier i appreaciate the feedbaack and maybe i change my mind.
