SketchUp 3D Concept Drawing for Urban Planning Consultation – Mixed Medical/Residential Project
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We are seeking a skilled 3D designer or architect to create a SketchUp model of a building project for submission to the urban planning department. The project involves the renovation and extension of an existing structure into a mixed-use building (medical & residential).
Project Scope:
Replicate the general look and feel shown in the attached photos.
Use travertine cladding for the exterior.
Focus heavily on light and open spaces.
Convert the existing structure with a flat roof design.
An extension can be added over 1/3 of the parking lot, reaching the street front (left-hand side, where a tree is currently located).
Program Requirements:
3 residential units (garden/south side and upper floor), each with:
2 to 3 bedrooms
Minimum surface area: 150 m²
Access to a private terrace or the garden
3 medical practices/offices (street/north side)
6 to 8 parking spaces
Optional: Develop a souplex (lower-ground floor) with a sunken courtyard leading to the garden
Required Skills:
Advanced proficiency in SketchUp
Strong background in residential and healthcare architecture
Ability to interpret and work from photos and text briefs
Understanding of light, proportions, and layout optimization
Experience creating urban planning concept visuals
Ideal Freelancer:
