Sketch of a building plan

I'm looking for somebody to help me create a sketch of a residential building plan in a modern style. I need a plan that presents a general layout without any specific features or rooms - just an overall design. It will need to be adequately detailed and accurate in order to give a fair representation of the project. Some experience with 3D modeling and CAD software is required, and expertise in the architectural profession is obviously desired.
