Sketch up Design-- Translate DWG elevations and floor plan into 3-d views of exterior and interior views

I am in need of a skilled designer to create a detailed SketchUp design from provided DWG elevation and floor plan files. The project involves creating both exterior and interior 3-d views using SketchUp. The design should have detailed attention to measure, lines, and the character-building elements of the environment. I do have DWG files available, but only require a SketchUp design. I expect a model that is basic but with an added layer of realistic details. The project will be completed with an impactful and pleasing sense of depth, dimension, and layers. The right freelancer should have an eye for detail and an understanding of design principles.
