Site survey related to MEP
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I need a person to collect existing MEP services and related information from the site, to verify what items can be reused/replaced.
Preferably, this should cover the following.
1. HVAC units information serving individual rooms. Fresh air and exhaust provisions for the rooms, corridors, bathrooms, etc.
2. Sprinkler layout inside the rooms.
3. Receptacle layouts.
4. Plumbing riser, piping locations and pipe sizes.
5. All main utility room layout and service sizes.
