Site Survey Drawing

I am looking for a freelancer who can create a site plan-survey drawing for my housing project.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in site survey drawing software (eg. autocad)
- Ability to accurately incorporate specific details into the drawing
- Experience working with point clouds, 3D mesh and ortho

I need to generate a site survey drawing to be delivered to my architect in dxf and dwg format.

I have specific details that need to be included in the drawing:
- block boundaries
- roof structure lines: together with immediate neighbour roof/structure (1-2m from the boundary)
- external walls
- trees
- levels (0.25m contours): the block together immediate neighbour levels (1-2m from the boundary). Excluding trees, large vegetation, and buildings. Needs to be simplified (see examples)
- driveways, road, etc
- no fences or gates required
- no side elevations required, just plan view

I will provide high res files including ortho, 3D point cloud, 3D mesh model, system generated contours (0.25m), DSM and DTM. I will also provide a bunch of general photos to assist in the understanding of the site and its structures. The data has been created from high res drone photos and photogrammetry software (software can be provided for easier viewing if required). The software functionality includes measurements and elevations.

1. Low res ortho

3. Contours
4. 3D mesh
5. DSM
