Site Plan for 5 Acre Plot of Land in Sevier County Tennessee
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I am looking for a skilled professional who can create a site plan for a 5 acre plot of land in Sevier County, Tennessee. The purpose of the site plan is for residential development. I am open to professional suggestions and have a few specific requirements for the development. However, the key feature that I would like to see in the site plan is a full Subdivision Model that includes Roads, House Placements, and Other requirements needed for City Approval for Subdivision Development.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in creating site plans for residential developments
- Knowledge of zoning regulations and building codes in Sevier County, Tennessee
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately depict building locations on the site plan
- STAMP from Engineer that is Accepted in Tennessee
- Survey is Attached that shows the land plats. My land Plat is LOT #1.
