I have projects in Pennsylvania, Ohio, New York, North Carolina, Maine and Oregon. The scope of work is only a modular building on a commercial site. All site adapt plans are completed and I need a Professional Engineer who is licensed in the associated state to sign/seal the plan sheet (one (1) plan sheet).
