DC- 2 Single homes conversion to 8 unit

I have two single family homes, in Washington DC under contract, Im looking to convert each home into a 4 unit building ( I'm technically building a 2 story duplex penthouse on top with ) with a rooftop pool and building a floor down below the basement.
Im using FHA -203K loan
I need drawings to submit to the lender for the appraisal
