Single-Story Large House CAD Design
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
I'm seeking a skilled CAD designer for my project. My vision is for single-story house plan redesign, designed with precision and a sharp eye for detail.
I have attached current plans. We want the right side of the house redesigned to incorporate the garage into the house. The garage will display rare cars with floor to ceiling glass, high ceilings throughout, the middle section where currently bedroom 3 and laundry, this will be removed and become open plan theatre room, the other section bedroom 2, library semi ens will become one large sitting room with fire place, extent library inline with bedroom, potentially double sided firepit so it can be used and seen outside. High v shaped ceilings with exposed beams
Your tasks will include:
- Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD drafts of the house layout more importantly right side
- Ensure the design utilizes the space effectively.
- Incorporate adjustments and feedback into the CAD design seamlessly.
- Proficient in Architectural CAD software.
- Ability to visualize and execute my concepts into the design.
