Single-Family Home Plans with Garage Addition
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm in need of a floorplan design for a single-family house. The project involves designing an addition and a garage on a manufactured home.
Key Requirements:
- Design should include a space for an endless pool in the addition.
- Experience with designing for manufactured homes is a plus.
- Knowledge of modern architectural styles would be beneficial.
- Ability to create blueprints that are practical, aesthetically pleasing, and meet necessary building codes.
I really just need a realistic plan with dimensions that I can give a builder to give me a realistic bid to build.
i will include a very rough drawing I did in excel to give you an idea of what i would like formalized. I imagine to tie into the manufactured home roof line that the addition would be slightly lower that the manufactured home and the garage attached would then go back up to match the manufactured roof height, almost like an inset addition if that makes sense? nothing too complex, just a better vision than my excel sheet.
