I'm seeking a seasoned architect or drafter to assist me in creating a basic floor plan for a single-family home with planning for future two-storey. Currently, I'm focused on mapping out the ground floor.
Key Project Features:
- The ground floor should be designed to incorporate 3 to 4 bedrooms.
- Consideration for a future two storey extension.
- Keep in mind functionality and flow as key aspects of the design.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Experience designing single-family homes.
- Knowledge of architectural codes and regulations.
- Proficiency in drafting software, such as AutoCAD or similar.
- Strong communication and interpretation skills to bring my vision to life.
