Simple sign construction plans (architect).

Hello, I'm am needing help creating construction plans for a sign. First I need plans to help with the submission to the County for sign permit. Then I want to give detailed designs to my mason / stone guy to build the base. I am having the sign fabricated overseas and have the exact dimension (attached). The sign will have low voltage running through the center support pole. So the plans need to account for an electrical box where the LED transformer can live.
Very simple construction project. but looking for fabrication documents / blueprints to be made. Roughly a structure that is 6' tall (total) x 8 feet long (total) and will have the sign that I'm attaching inserted. Also showing an example from a sign company that gave me a quote.
