Simple autocad drawing

I have an old pdf file that needs to be transferred into an Autocad file and an adobe illustrator file that can be edited later, it's a layout for a sports facility and we need it updated, also I want the neighboring streets to be added to the project and matching the location that I will be providing via google maps.

I want it to simple and quick project and need the delivery ASAP.
