Simple Modern Construction Drawings Needed
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I'm in need of a skilled professional who can deliver high-quality architectural, structural, plumbing, and electrical drawings for a new home construction project. The home will be a linear (i.e. 20'x60') 1200 SF single story, skillion roof design with many windows to accentuate the mountain views. A rough drive and flat pad are already in place. Ideal candidates should possess:
- Expertise in generating detailed architectural, structural, plumbing, and electrical drawings
- Experience with North Carolina building codes and understanding of Haywood County requirements.
- Experience working with small scale projects
- Understanding of affordable building practices to keep structural costs to a minimum
- A strong understanding and grasp of modern architectural designs
- Ability to deliver accurate and detailed plans within the agreed timeline.
I would provide a basic design we've prepared in Home Designer Pro that conveys the basic intention of the design. I can also include photos and GIS information (contours, property lines, etc.). The goal will be to have construction drawings in hand by April 1st, 2024.
