Simple Building Plan Redesign

I'm seeking assistance to re-draw a basic building plan for two levels. This task involves using a combination of an existing plan and a new design. The final deliverable should be a one-page PDF with a very basic outline. Key aspects of the project include:
- The building consists of two levels
- One level has three zones, the other two
- Approximate measurements are acceptable
Ideal candidates for this project should have experience of simple/basic floor plan and the final deliverable will be a PDF. Ability to produce good quality work with attention to detail will be crucial for the successful completion of this task.
Should take no more than 30 mins for proficient person.
