Simple AutoCAD conversion

I need to convert a photograph into an AutoCAD file. The original source is a PDF. I am looking for a freelancer who can deliver this project in the DWG format. Access to Adobe Pro or other document conversion software is required. The output file should be labeled clearly to ensure accuracy in the details. Accuracy is of utmost importance in this project. Understand that any rendering or small imperfections will be magnified when the file is converted. Any ancillary tasks related to the conversion should be documented with precision and detail.
