Shed to house projects

We have two buildings - that we are converting into cabins. We need permits for them in the county we are in. Hancock county will only take signed engineer plans for structures, We will need set of plans for electrical, plumbing, heat and ac (we are using portable AC and heat window units), and foundation plans done by an engineer for each and every building going on the property prior to putting the building on the property. I have included a picture of the small cabin and the large cabin along with a drawing my husband did of the layout we want. I've attached the building layouts from Derksen. The cabins will be located in Georgia.
