L-Shaped Wooden Staircase Mill Drawing
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I'm in need of a skilled draftsman or joinery mill worker to provide detailed, manufacturing-ready drawings for a U-shaped wooden staircase.
First, I have stairs to draw but we have lots of items like a wardrobe and cabinets.
Regarding these stairs. The overall space is 1995 mm wide. The length is around 3520 mm for the first 13 steps, including the landing on step 13. From the landing (step 13) to step 18, it is 1745 mm. The total rise is 3555 mm high. There are 18 steps in total. The individual going is 220 mm, and the string's width is 880 mm.
It will not look like this plan view above, but it shows over space.
The design is based on drawings 1087-73 Castelnau - Detail Drawing-D30a.pdf and 1087-73 Castelnau - Detail Drawing-D30.pdf, which are attached. Also attached is a photo and video of what they want it to look like.
The steps are 30 mm thick oak (from 34 mm thick oak) (polished to match the floor) with 19 mm MDF oak veneered risers with mould at the top. The strings will be made from 42 mm thick tulip timber (from 52 mm thick tulip), and the shape of the string and bottom step will be formed from a flex ply.
The handrail we will source is below. Can you add to the drawing and list the part out as below (Oak);
