Sewer lateral pump system for home

I am building a new single family residential home. My home is sitting on a lower elevation than my sewer lateral to connect to. I need to have a pump system designed to submit to the city of Riverside building and Safety for single family home.
The city plans say the lateral is 8 feet but in actuality it's only 4 feet down
