Set of Drawings for a residential project

Hi all,
We have 62,000 land area that we want to build a residential project including 3 types of houses (250m2 , 500 & 700m2) , commercial building, clinic , school , mosque and green area. This project is in Iraq. The set should include all of above and also other infrastructure such as road , sewage, electricity network (main city and generators as back up) and other design if any. We need a set of drawings including arch., civil, electrical, mechanical, …..etc.
