Senior Land Surveyor Needed

I have a parcel that requires a complete land survey, and I’m looking for a seasoned professional who is equally comfortable in the field and at the workstation. The job centers on land surveying, so on-site control and detail pickup will be done with a total station as the primary instrument. I’ll supply access to a DGPS base if you prefer to tighten your control network, and I’ll be on site as a drone co-pilot so we can capture overlapping imagery and LiDAR simultaneously.

Here’s what I need you to handle:

• Field work: establish control, run traverses, collect topographic detail with the total station, and coordinate aerial flights for photogrammetry and LiDAR.
• Data processing: register and clean point clouds, generate DTM/DSM/DEM surfaces, and prepare tidy coordinate reports in Microsoft Office for client sign-off.
• Drafting & delivery: turn the processed data into layered AutoCAD drawings (DWG) with contours, spot heights, breaklines, and a finished surface model, ready for my design team.
