**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Project Management**: Overseeing the full lifecycle of projects, from initial concept to final completion. This includes coordinating with team members, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery.
- **Building Code Compliance**: Ensuring that all designs and builds adhere to the applicable local and national building codes and regulations, particularly in **California** and **Pennsylvania**.
- **Collaborative Teamwork**: You will work closely with our team, both remotely and in-person, to provide support and guidance across various projects. Strong communication skills and the ability to seamlessly collaborate in a hybrid work environment are essential.
- **Varied Project Scope**: Work on a diverse range of projects, including **new builds**, **renovations**, and **tenant improvements** in **commercial, corporate, hospitality, and retail** spaces.
**Skills and Experience Required:**
