I am currently in search of a talented and experienced freelance urban designer to undertake a large-scale project involving the transformation of a 1,200,000 square meter land into a residential community. This project requires a visionary architect who can bring creative and innovative urban design concepts to fruition.
Responsibilities:
Develop an overall master plan for the residential community that optimizes space utilization, connectivity, and functionality.
Design the layout of streets, pedestrian walkways, parks, and open spaces to create an engaging and livable environment.
Consider zoning regulations, building codes, and local planning guidelines in the design process.
Integrate sustainable design principles, such as green spaces, energy-efficient infrastructure, and stormwater management systems.
Collaborate with other professionals, including landscape architects, engineers, and local authorities, as needed.
Create visual representations, such as maps, renderings, and diagrams, to effectively communicate the design concepts.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in urban design and master planning, preferably with a portfolio showcasing previous large-scale projects.
