Hi, \Design only.
we need a concrete pavement design for a 20-40mtr concrete access way 4 mtrs wide with kerb and channel.
2 small timber retaining walls support the road on the ,lower set.
we need to design a small pedestrian path off the side of the driveway.
we need this to be supplied to council for building consent.

What we need access design help with: Attached is resource consent and supporting civil plan. PDF
We have an approved Resource consent: (DA)
Part of the resource consent conditions are the right to access to the property via a council paper road, access crossing into the property.
We need to show a basic construction drawing showing how we intend to that and compliance.
We are not overly worried about the services as I’m an approved civil 3 waters contractor for the council at most we will follow the spec provided in the resource consent.
No changes there.
This is the only part that requires real attention, and it is a construction design for the concrete pavement layer. Kerb & channel

And a proposed path off the side of the drive.
this is not the entire drive ways it is only required for the access crossing council land from the existing tar seal to the boundary at the front of property.
