Second Floor Design

Im looking to make a second floor layout in auto cad, I have a cad file for the house but as ill like to add a second floor i need to do the second floor, I found out that i don't need an architect to do this.

Attached are the dimensions of the second floor but we need to modified the cad file with elevations as adding the second floor will change the elevation of the house and also we need to modified the front entrance and the roof layout.
