AZ Sealed Steel Building Design
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
I have an industrial steel building project in Arizona that will exceed 10,000 sq ft and follow a pre-engineered style. I need a licensed Arizona structural engineer to prepare and seal the full drawing package required for permit submittal.
Scope
• Design the complete structural steel framing system, coordinating member sizes, connections, bracing, and any cold-formed elements typical of a PEMB approach.
• Engineer the foundation—including spread footings, piers, anchor-bolt plans, and any thickened slabs—based on local soil data (I can supply the geotech report).
• Ensure compliance with the current IBC, ASCE 7 wind and seismic criteria for the specific Arizona jurisdiction.
• Provide signed and sealed calculations that match the drawings.
Deliverables
1. PDF and DWG sheets for both structural steel framing and foundations, stamped for Arizona.
2. Accompanying calculation package, sealed.
3. One round of revisions to address plan-review comments.
