I need a skilled structural engineer TELL ME WHERE TO BOLT IN 2X6 RETROFIT scissor BEAMS ON EACH SIDE OF THE OPPOSING 2X4 ROOF STRINGER OR WHAT TIE-DOWN BRACKETS TO USE. in my detached garage. The primary goal of this project is to strengthen the truss to enhance its load capacity and stability.- SECONDARY GOAL IS TO RAISE THE INTERIOR CEILING BY REMOVING USLESS 2X4 HORIZONTAL 20 FT BOARDS THAT SPAN AND SIT ON THE WALLS.
