School Building to Studio Apartments Conversion
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 CAD
I'm looking for a professional who can assist me with converting a school building into identical single-room studio apartments, each with its own kitchen and bathroom. No structural demolition will be involved in this project and as-built drawings are available.
Key Tasks:
- Create detailed plumbing drawings, fully specifying fixtures and connections.
- Develop a basic electrical layout for the apartments.
- Design all apartments to be identical in layout and design.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in architectural design and CAD software.
- Extensive experience in creating plumbing and electrical drawings.
- Previous experience with residential conversions is a plus.
- Ability to work with provided as-built drawings.
