School Building Conversion

I have a two story school building built in 1928 in Colorado. I want to convert it to an apartment building. The classrooms are pretty easy because the are rectangles 30' x 20' each. But there is a gymnasium and a cafateria bldg and an auditorium that need to become apartments also. I am looking for someone to draw rough drafts of these 3 large spaces into apartments.
