3D Scan Stitching & "Scan-to-CAD" Floorplan Creation (from Polycam Data)

Project Overview:
I have captured a property using Polycam (LiDAR scan) on an iPad Pro. Due to tracking errors, I have two separate 3D scan files that need to be manually merged into a single, accurate model. The goal is to prepare a finalized dataset and 2D floorplan that I can hand off to an architect for future renovations.
Scope of Work:
Manual Stitching/Alignment:
Take the two separate 3D scan files (I will provide .GLB/.OBJ files) and manually align/register them into one seamless 3D model.
Fix the alignment errors where the automated software placed the geometry in the "wrong place."
Scale Calibration:
I will provide manual measurements for two specific walls taken with a physical tape meter.
You must resize/scale the entire 3D model to match these reference points to ensure global accuracy.
Clean Up:
Remove any "noise" (floating artifacts) or messy geometry from the scan data so the file is clean.
Floorplan Generation:
Create a professional, dimensioned 2D floorplan based on the corrected 3D model.
Required Deliverables:
AutoCAD File (.DWG):
This is the industry standard. My future architect will require this to create construction drawings.
Crucial: All layers must be clean and separated (e.g., "Walls," "Windows," "Furniture" on different layers).
SketchUp File (.SKP):
This is for my own personal use.
Crucial: Please model the walls as solid groups (not just flat lines) so I can easily "Push/Pull" them to change room sizes later myself.
Universal 3D Model (.OBJ or .GLB):
The raw stitched scan file for reference.
PDF Floorplan:
A scaled 2D visual for quick viewing on my phone/tablet.
Inputs Provided:
Two source 3D scan files (exported from Polycam).
Reference photos (if needed).
Manual length measurements for 2 walls for scaling calibration.
Ideal Freelancer Skills:
Experience with Point Cloud to CAD or Scan-to-BIM workflows.
Proficiency in software like Blender, Rhino, Revit, or AutoCAD.
