Scaled Floor Plans for Bathroom Addition

I'm remodeling a bedroom to add a 4x9 bathroom and need scaled, code-compliant floor plans for a building permit in Troy, Michigan.
Requirements:
- Existing & proposed second-floor layouts with room dimensions
- Compliance with 2015 MRC (R307, R308, R310, R314, R315)
- Indication of plumbing, fixtures (sink, toilet, shower), and egress window
- Basic first-floor layout showing context (no plumbing changes downstairs)
