Sawmill shed and storage room
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I am looking for a skilled freelancer to provide architectural drawings for a sawmill shed and storage room for me. The purpose of this project is both for sawmilling, store cut lumber and house sawmill equipment and tools.
The structure is one Storey 16'x30' sawmill shed with a 10'x10' tool storage room. The shed will be built on sloped ground with 6"x6" timber posts anchored onto concrete pier blocks under roof shingles on dual pitch roof trusses. Elevated timber planks flooring with min of 6" ground clearance. The drawings must include details of connection for trusses to post, floor joists to posts, and roof, etc for building permit purposes. The sawmill area will have an open sided front. The left-side storage room will have inward swing door facing the sawmill area, with 2 windows (front and side). The shed will be initially unserviced.
The sawmill shed superstructure must be capable to be moved to a permanent foundation and allows future service systems (electrical and plumbing but no HVAC) installed.
Please refer to attached samples for concepts only ignoring the measurements.
Please provide examples of previous work and a detailed plan for completion of this project. Thank you.
