Salon Suites by Ynot

I want to place 30 suites in a 5300 sq/ft property. The dimensions are width 50 x depth 106 sq/ft. There is a bath room male/female. Hvac and water heater on site.There are 2 concepts for design of plumbing per suite or one general location. There need to be plumbing, electrical and HVAC. Due to the size of the project it needs to be stamped. The location is 4279 Elvis Presley Blvd, Memphis Tennessee.
