Sailer House Columbia City Oregon

Need plans from licensed architect for home outlined in drawing. Lot has 10% slope toward street and the company selling the plans will not be able to meet our codes and makes no promises. I need to downsize from a different plan. 2 main issues are the width cannot exceed 39 feet and slope is almost 10% up the hill from the street. I have finished plans for a house too large to build at todays prices that show all setbacks etc for our location. Need detail drawings stamped and I have a structural engineer to finish required calculations. Also I can provide latest City package of Codes via email. Most are not unusual. I can provide the first attempt pdf showing elevations and lot plan as well.
