I need a California-licensed structural engineer to help me prove that an existing agricultural building in Sacramento County is safe and code-compliant. I can supply the original plans, but they must be checked against the structure as it stands today.

4. Deliver a stamped structural letter or report, including supporting calcs and updated sketches or mark-ups that the county can accept for permitting.
