STEEL FRAME HOUSE

I have layout of a one floor house and I want you to give me the right cold STEEL FRAME structure I needed to build the house. I need all the dimensions needed, how much distance I need to keep between the steel structure and what are the dimensions needed. I will use IBeam (120 x 60 )ml and Tube (100x100x3) ml and steel structure for the roof. I will use for the walls a cement board 0.12 ml and rockwool. I want to have an electricity and water layout as well.
