PE STAMP FOR RESIDENTIAL BUILDING PROJCT LOCATED IN AZ

Have a very basic residential home project located in Cochise County, AZ. The county requires "stamped engineered plans" for permitting purposes.
I have a floor plan and site plan sketch, along with structural spec's at the ready...
Wondering what the cost would be for just a PE stamp on existing plans and/or the cost for drafting stamped plans.
