SSM-7 Detailed BOQ | Bill of Quantities for a commercial building
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m ready to commission a complete Bill of Quantities for a commercial building and will supply you with the full set of architectural, structural, and MEP drawings in both PDF and DWG. The document must follow SSM-7 (or an approved equivalent) and cover everything from structural elements—columns, beams, slabs, walls—to the entire MEP package and all interior finishes such as flooring and paint.
Because tender decisions will be made directly from your figures, I need someone who already works comfortably with SSM-7 rules, understands commercial construction sequencing, and can spot inconsistencies before they become variations on site. If you have prepared BOQs for offices, retail, or mixed-use projects, your experience will translate well here.

• a short outline of how you tackle a take-off (drawing review, measurement, cross-checks, formatting, etc.)
• at least one representative sample of a previous BOQ that demonstrates your formatting and level of detail.
Deliverables

• Trade summary sheet with section totals.
