The customer want to add a 18ft of additional structure to the existing houze.
We need the following for him base on the attached picture:

Scope:


Architectural plans
Structural plans + structural calculations
MEP plans (mechanical, electrical and plumbing)
Construction plans utility and site plans
3d visualization
BOM/Breakdown/Prices per RS Mean
CAD files

NOTE: stamp drawings are required by customer

I already have started this project with someone else but he failed applying code details renderings and a real construction set of drawings for permitting process. I do have PDF and CAD
