Rooftop Living Space Design

I’m converting my apartment’s unused roof into a fully functional living space and need an experienced interior designer to guide the entire process from concept to final layout. The goal is to create a comfortable rooftop home environment rather than a simple garden or recreational deck.

Here’s what I’m looking for:
• A complete rooms-layout plan that makes the best use of the available roof footprint.
• Interior concepts covering traffic flow, zoning, and style cohesion.
• Detailed furniture layout with suggested pieces and sizing.
• Layered lighting design (ambient, task, accent) including fixture suggestions and placement.
• Decorative item curation to pull the whole look together.

I’ll provide accurate roof dimensions, photos, and any structural constraints once we start. You’ll translate that information into scaled floor plans, mood boards, 3D visualisations or renderings, and a concise shopping/specification list so the project can move straight into execution.

Strong skills in space planning, modern rooftop construction considerations (insulation, waterproofing allowances, ceiling height optimisation), and presentation tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit will be very helpful.
